Who: Patrick Chiu – Manager of Sushi Raku

Why: Sushi Raku is the hottest sushi and happy hour spot with a happening scene

Q: Tell us about your background in the restaurant business. How did you get started and what kinds of training did you have?

A:
I started back in college when I was a starving student that need part time jobs to support myself. My career in restaurant had a few bumps in between, started as a waiter because the manager told me they didn’t have any chef position available and if I was to be hired I would have to waited til the position opens up. I served 4 four months and the rest was history.
